The **Manager of Field Sales** position requires a proactive and results-driven leader passionate about building new ventures. The ideal candidate will oversee field sales, manage operations, and ensure team performance aligns with Rivian’s goals and brand identity. A focus on customer satisfaction, sales excellence, and adaptability is key to thriving in this role.
Responsibilities
– Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and expand market share.
– Monitor team performance using KPIs and drive improvements.
– Lead and inspire the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
– Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.
– Ensure outstanding customer experiences through effective communication and product knowledge.
– Enforce standardized sales processes for efficiency and consistency.
– Track market trends and report insights to inform business strategies.
– Plan and execute brand activations, events, and initiatives to enhance visibility and customer engagement.
– Oversee site operations and ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
– Minimum of 5 years in field sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
– Preferred experience in retail, marketing, sales, or hospitality; direct-to-consumer expertise is a plus.
– Automotive EV sales experience is beneficial.
– Strong leadership and team development skills.
– Flexible schedule, willingness to travel, and a valid driver’s license.
– Proficiency in P&L, POS, and CRM systems.
– HR expertise, including recruiting and performance management, is advantageous.
