Job Description
As the HR Business Partner at Freshworks, you will play a pivotal role in enabling the success of various teams, including Revenue Operations, Revenue Enablement, Finance, Accounting, and Professional Services. Acting as a trusted advisor to leaders, frontline managers, and employees across India, you will drive initiatives in organizational design, talent development, and change management. A key focus will be coaching leaders to build high-performing teams and cultivating business-centric partnerships. Furthermore, you will lead and support strategic talent initiatives for the organizations under your purview.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Alignment:
– Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with their goals.
– Maintain a business-focused approach in your partnerships with leaders.
HR Program Leadership:
– Oversee the implementation of core HR and talent initiatives to build a sustainable people strategy.
– Prioritize talent management efforts and coach teams towards high performance.
Collaboration with CoEs:
– Work closely with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) in areas such as talent acquisition, employee relations, total rewards, and talent development to deliver impactful HR outcomes.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
– Leverage data insights to guide HR strategies, ensuring they align with broader business objectives.
Organizational Health & Effectiveness:
– Partner with HR leadership to execute initiatives that enhance organizational design, effectiveness, and overall health.Qualifications:
Experience:
– At least 8 years of experience in Human Resources, including a minimum of 5 years as an HR Business Partner.
– Demonstrated expertise in HR best practices and talent management processes.
– Proven success in coaching leaders and developing high-performance teams.
Skills:
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Focus on execution and achieving results.
– Ability to establish strong partnerships with stakeholders, including business leaders and CoEs.
– Experience working across different functions (e.g., Finance, Revenue, Professional Services) to provide insights and guidance.
– Ability to collaborate effectively across geographies and influence leaders.
– Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
