Job Description

As the Manager of Healthcare Delivery Solutions at Kohl’s, you will oversee and coordinate both conventional and innovative strategies to meet healthcare needs across all company locations and departments. This role focuses on the seamless integration of health plan providers, networks, healthcare systems, and vendor partners to ensure efficient and effective healthcare support for employees.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– Formulate strategic plans to provide alternative healthcare options, such as telemedicine, mobile health, and centers of excellence.
– Negotiate contracts, determine fees, manage vendor relationships, and track return on investments.
– Create plans for integrated healthcare solutions, including concierge medicine and patient-centered medical homes.
– Assess and enhance the effectiveness of health plan networks and specialized programs, focusing on premium providers.
– Identify and propose ways to improve healthcare quality and outcomes for members.
– Lead vendor selection and RFI/RFP processes while researching innovative healthcare programs.
– Design tailored time-off strategies for each department.
– Review vendor data and analytics to ensure optimal program efficiency and recommend adjustments as needed.
– Compile and analyze reports on program results and return on investment.
– Conduct compliance reviews for ACA, CAA, HIPAA, ERISA, and patient confidentiality standards.
– Ensure accurate administration of all time-off programs, including leave of absence, sick time, holidays, and review new regulations and practices.
– Manage direct reports and oversee systems and projects, adhering to company standards.
– Generate utilization and trend reports to inform decision-making.
– Exhibit strong leadership skills, driving team performance and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.
– Mentor team members, provide feedback, and create development plans.

**Qualifications:**

**Required:**

– Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
– 5+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably in healthcare or benefits, including 3+ years of team leadership.
– Strong skills in reading, analyzing, interpreting, and applying industry trends, policies, and regulations.
– Proficient consulting skills, with the ability to communicate complex information, secure stakeholder buy-in, and maintain confidentiality.
– Background in healthcare delivery and time-off/leave of absence management.

**Preferred:**

– SPHR or CEBS certification.
– Experience in healthcare or benefits consulting.
– Background working within diverse business settings.
– Skilled in negotiating sensitive and confidential matters.
– Ability to make strategic decisions for both immediate and future planning needs.
– Experience proactively managing issues through collaboration with internal teams.

**Location:**

Must be within commuting distance of Kohl’s corporate locations or fulfillment centers.
