Specialist in Learning and Development

This role offers flexibility and can be performed remotely or at one of our Harris office locations.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Provide support to the Learning and Development team.
- Coordinate live, virtual, and recorded training sessions.
- Serve as the main point of contact for employees on Learning and Development matters.
- Organize, monitor, and facilitate training sessions.
- Develop written materials to promote training and development opportunities.
- Assist the compliance team with the annual training calendar and manage scheduling through the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Evaluate training programs and gather feedback from participants.
Ideal Candidate
- Hands-on experience with HR technologies.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus (French and English or German and English).
- Skilled in creating and delivering training; experience with voiceover and translating recorded content is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of effective training methods and tools.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate professionalism.
- Proficient in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook).
- Experience with Workday and LMS is highly desirable.
