Position: Learning and Development Lead
Location: Remote (US-Based)
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Collaborate with senior leadership to create and implement a strategic learning and development vision aligned with organizational goals.
- Develop a comprehensive framework supporting talent management and succession planning.
Program Development
- Design and deliver impactful learning programs, including leadership development, technical training, and soft skills enhancement.
- Create specialized sales training initiatives to boost product knowledge, sales strategies, and customer engagement.
- Utilize diverse instructional methods like e-learning, instructor-led sessions, and blended learning approaches.
Sales Training
- Partner with sales leadership to address training needs and enhance team performance.
- Align sales training with industry trends, compliance requirements, and product updates.
- Continuously evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Enterprise Learning
- Lead onboarding, compliance training, and professional development initiatives across the organization.
- Foster a culture of learning through knowledge-sharing and innovation, ensuring inclusivity for all employees.
Evaluation and Measurement
- Implement metrics to assess the impact of learning programs and refine strategies based on data insights.
- Present program outcomes to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Team Leadership
- Build and mentor a high-performing team, promoting a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Provide coaching and professional development opportunities for team members.
Collaboration
- Align training content with marketing strategies and medical insights.
- Work with HR and other departments to meet organizational talent development goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Education, or related fields.
- At least 8 years of experience in enterprise and sales training within the biopharma sector.
- Expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, and training methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management, LMS, and e-learning platforms.
- Willingness to travel up to 60%.
Salary Range: $228,000–$240,000 (based on experience and skills). CG Oncology also offers bonuses, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.
