Job Description: Launch Partner for B2B2C Social-Based Outplacement/Job Search Support Business

We are seeking a motivated Launch Partner for our innovative outplacement and job search support business, specifically designed for mid-career professionals. This is a 100% virtual, bootstrapped startup with no salary/pay until profitability is achieved. You will be offered equity (20-30%) with a 4-year vesting plan. We plan to achieve profitability by Month 3 and project a Year 1 earnings of at least $50K with the right partnership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead social media strategy and execution across LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
  • Video production and editing for marketing materials.
  • Collaborate on website management, customer engagement, and outreach to Subject Matter Experts.
  • Ensure a seamless customer experience, creating content, and fostering member interaction.

Ideal Candidate:

  • High-energy and committed, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional-level English communication skills, with experience in social media and content creation.
  • Proficiency in video editing tools like iMovie or Premiere Rush and experience with Adobe platforms is a plus.
