Job Opportunity: Labor Relations Specialist – Remote, Chicago, IL or New York, NY

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, advise on, and conduct Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) negotiations.
- Draft CBAs, Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), and settlement agreements.
- Provide guidance on labor relations, employee discipline, and grievance processes in collaboration with legal teams.
- Investigate and resolve labor-related issues, representing the organization in grievances, hearings, and other meetings.
- Analyze trends and develop strategies to address systemic issues through coaching and training.
- Support union elections, petitions, and business transitions.
- Manage assigned labor relations projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations, Employee Relations, Human Resources, or a related field; JD preferred.
- Minimum of three years of experience in labor and employee relations.
- Familiarity with employment laws, collective bargaining concepts, and grievance processes.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in matter management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Compensation
Estimated annual total compensation: $100,000–$110,000. Final offers will consider qualifications, experience, skills, and location.
