Responsibilities

  • Lead engaging and personalized reading sessions using AI-driven platforms.
  • Design impactful literacy interventions tailored to individual learning needs.
  • Collaborate with tech teams to enhance AI tools and optimize learning experiences.
  • Use data analytics to continuously improve student outcomes.
  • Develop scalable literacy content adaptable to various student levels.

  • Tedious lesson planning and administrative tasks.
  • Outdated teaching methods and overcrowded classrooms.
  • Behavioral distractions that limit teaching time.
  • Bureaucratic paperwork with no impact on students.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, Literacy, or a related field (or equivalent certifications like Orton-Gillingham or Wilson Reading System).
  • Proven success in literacy instruction for early elementary students.
  • Passion for educational technology and AI-driven learning tools.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to work on-site in Austin, TX.

About Crossover

This full-time role offers $50/hour, amounting to $100,000/year with weekly payments. As part of Crossover, you’ll enter into an independent contractor agreement and undergo a streamlined application process that includes skill assessments and real-world tasks.
