Responsibilities
- Lead engaging and personalized reading sessions using AI-driven platforms.
- Design impactful literacy interventions tailored to individual learning needs.
- Collaborate with tech teams to enhance AI tools and optimize learning experiences.
- Use data analytics to continuously improve student outcomes.
- Develop scalable literacy content adaptable to various student levels.

- Tedious lesson planning and administrative tasks.
- Outdated teaching methods and overcrowded classrooms.
- Behavioral distractions that limit teaching time.
- Bureaucratic paperwork with no impact on students.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, Literacy, or a related field (or equivalent certifications like Orton-Gillingham or Wilson Reading System).
- Proven success in literacy instruction for early elementary students.
- Passion for educational technology and AI-driven learning tools.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to work on-site in Austin, TX.

About Crossover
This full-time role offers $50/hour, amounting to $100,000/year with weekly payments. As part of Crossover, you’ll enter into an independent contractor agreement and undergo a streamlined application process that includes skill assessments and real-world tasks.
