Your Role and Responsibilities
As part of our Human Resources team, you’ll contribute to fostering a productive, inclusive, and respectful workplace, aligning with Ben & Jerry’s mission. Your responsibilities include:
- Leading onboarding processes to integrate safety, quality, and operational teams.
- Continuously improving HR policies for greater efficiency.
- Managing medical accommodations in compliance with federal and state laws.
- Overseeing investigations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
Qualifications and Skills
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of HR operations experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and ethical business practices.
- A proactive approach to leveraging resources and tools to deliver key HR processes.
What We Offer

The salary range for this position is $68,000 to $102,000, with bonus and long-term incentive eligibility based on skills, experience, and organizational needs.
