**Position Summary**

The Human Resources team works closely with all departments to foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive work environment that aligns with Ben & Jerry’s mission. The HR Manager plays a key role in supporting the team, improving HR processes, and ensuring compliance with laws.
**Key Responsibilities**
– Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and operational teams.
– Continuously evaluate and improve HR policies for increased efficiency.
– Manage medical accommodations in line with federal and state regulations.
– Lead investigations, performance management processes, and conflict resolution.
**Qualifications**
– Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
– A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
– Strong knowledge of employment law and business integrity principles.
– Action-oriented and skilled in leveraging resources to execute HR processes effectively.
