As a Human Resources Manager at Keurig Dr Pepper, you’ll shape people strategies, coach leaders, and drive diversity initiatives. Working alongside business partners and Centers of Excellence, you’ll design solutions that fuel our growth, foster employee engagement, and support strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

– **Team Partnership**: Act as the primary HR business partner, supporting team effectiveness and helping achieve business goals.
– **HR Team Development**: Mentor HR team members, cultivating future leaders and fostering team collaboration.
– **Stakeholder Relations**: Build strong connections with stakeholders, including unions, to align business goals with team performance.
– **Analytical Solutions**: Apply an analytical mindset to diagnose root causes and deliver data-driven HR solutions.
– **Talent Management**: Collaborate with COEs for talent development, recruitment, and retention strategies to attract and engage top talent.
– **Compliance and Policy Application**: Uphold HR policies in accordance with federal and local laws, independently resolving labor issues when needed.
– **Project Leadership**: Lead and oversee HR projects, monitor progress, and drive implementation of recommendations.
– **Workplace Culture**: Foster a culture of trust, accountability, and diverse perspectives that values employee contributions.

 Qualifications

– **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial Relations, or related field (Master’s preferred).
– **Experience**: 8+ years in HR, with experience in matrixed, fast-paced environments.
– **Technical Skills**: Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; Success in navigating complex labor relations and collective bargaining.
– **Key Skills**: Business acumen, consulting and influencing abilities, analytical skills, and a strategic mindset with tactical execution capabilities.
– **Travel**: Some travel may be required.

Compensation and Benefits

– **Salary Range**: $91,300 – $159,500 (placement based on experience and skills)
– **Benefits**: Medical, dental, vision, paid time off, 401k with company match, tuition reimbursement, mileage reimbursement, and performance-based bonus.
