As a Human Resources Manager, you’ll be a key player in driving our people strategies, mentoring leaders, and fostering diversity and inclusion initiatives. Collaborating with business partners and Centers of Excellence, you will implement HR solutions that advance the organization’s goals. Your role will involve engaging with leaders on workforce planning, employee relations, and policy development to build a high-performing, employee-focused culture.

Position Overview
This hybrid position, based in Sacramento, CA, requires four in-office days and one remote day per week. As a Human Resources Manager, your responsibilities include:
- Serving as a business partner to drive team and organizational effectiveness.
- Leading HR initiatives such as talent acquisition, employee development, and employee relations.
- Supporting the consistent application of company policies and ensuring compliance with local and federal laws.
- Building relationships with stakeholders, including labor unions, where applicable.
- Analyzing data to provide actionable recommendations for workforce strategies.
- Overseeing and implementing HR processes and policies.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, a related field, or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred.
- A minimum of 8 years in progressive HR roles, ideally within fast-paced and complex organizations.
- Experience in labor relations, collective bargaining, and employee engagement.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proven analytical capabilities.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $91,300–$159,500, depending on experience.
