Human Resources Leader
Location: Orlando, FL
Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000
As the HR Leader for a fast-growing restaurant group, you’ll play a key role in building a vibrant, people-first culture that drives employee engagement and aligns with business objectives. This role involves spearheading talent acquisition, fostering employee development, and enhancing performance management processes. You’ll help attract top talent, retain key team members, and create a workplace where everyone feels valued and empowered. Your leadership will ensure the team remains motivated and equipped to achieve organizational success while cultivating a sense of belonging across all levels of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Develop and lead recruitment strategies to attract exceptional talent. Collaborate with hiring managers to create seamless hiring experiences and build a strong talent pipeline.
- Employee Engagement and Retention: Implement initiatives that promote workplace positivity and engagement. Use feedback tools like surveys to continuously improve retention and team cohesion.
- Performance Management and Development: Design and oversee goal-setting, feedback processes, and evaluations. Ensure employees have access to growth opportunities and resources.
- Policy and Compliance: Maintain up-to-date HR policies aligned with regulatory standards. Continuously adapt policies to reflect industry best practices and support fairness and consistency.
- Leadership Support: Serve as a trusted advisor to executives on organizational growth, succession planning, and workforce strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
- Experience: Proven expertise in HR management, especially in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management. Experience in multi-site or hospitality environments is advantageous.
- Skills: Strong communication and leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and proficiency in HRIS and analytics tools.
