The property is currently hiring a service-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support both Hilton Portland Downtown and The Duniway Portland, a Hilton Hotel located nearby. This role provides administrative assistance to the Human Resources team, including tasks such as word processing, email correspondence, filing, data entry, managing mail, answering calls, and organizing travel arrangements.
Qualifications
- At least one year of administrative or clerical experience is required.
- Six months of customer service experience is a must.
- Prior experience in Human Resources is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is an asset.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Hourly Wage: $22.00
