**Who You’ll Work With**
In our Washington, D.C. office as part of the Central region HR team, you’ll collaborate across various firm functions, including payroll, talent management, recruiting, and more, reporting to the Senior HR Manager for the Central region.
**Your Role and Impact**
You’ll oversee HR functions throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance, promoting best practices, and providing essential guidance on HR policies. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll offer direct HR support to senior leaders, manage performance and risk processes, support onboarding and offboarding, and handle a wide range of employee relations issues. You’ll also partner with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and regional HR teams, ensuring seamless HR programs and processes across the organization. Additionally, you’ll manage HR data with an audit perspective, maintain duty-of-care programs, and contribute to projects beyond the immediate scope of your role.
As part of the North America HR team, you may take on roles in service-line projects or lead specific groups, supporting broader firm priorities and strategies.
