**Key Responsibilities:**
– Provide support to Stores, Area Leaders, and Market Leaders in Tennessee, Alabama, and Kentucky.
– Offer expert advice on personnel and organizational matters.
– Convert business strategies and priorities into actionable plans.
– Comprehend business dynamics and implement human resources practices that foster an effective organization.
– Actively engage as a member of the assigned leader’s leadership team.
– Guide business leaders in effectively managing their teams.
– Implement HR strategies and programs for designated client groups, covering areas such as performance management, annual HR planning, succession planning, and recognition initiatives.
– Drive organizational and process improvements.
– Facilitate the resolution of employee relations challenges and lead change management initiatives.
**Qualifications:**
– Education: Bachelor’s degree (4-year) is required; PHR/SPHR or a Master’s degree is preferred.
– Experience: Minimum of 5 years, with a background in a similar industry or complex organizational structure strongly desired. Experience in an HR Business Partner role is also essential.
– Proficiency in all HR functional areas (staffing, compensation, learning & development, etc.), with a solid understanding of relevant employment laws.
– Demonstrated business acumen and knowledge of team dynamics, along with principles of Organizational Effectiveness.
– Strong expertise in change leadership and management.
– Excellent interpersonal skills for both individual interactions and group facilitation.
– Capacity to manage multiple tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain focus.
– Sound judgment in navigating trade-off decisions.
– Collaborative abilities to influence peers, other leaders, and senior management in business decision-making and problem-solving, while addressing disagreements through informed and rational discussion.
– Willingness to travel up to 40% as required.
