Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership and HR functions like Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Compensation to align people strategies with business goals.
- Provide expert HR consultation, including coaching, performance management, and organizational development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with leaders and teammates to improve morale, productivity, and retention.
- Lead HR programs such as performance reviews, succession planning, and compensation planning.
- Act as an employee advocate, ensuring concerns are resolved promptly while championing a culture of diversity and inclusion.

- Solid understanding of aerospace sectors, including manufacturing and engineering.
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven experience in influencing decision-making, leading cultural initiatives, and managing change.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR industry standards and compliance.
