Job Description
This position serves as the primary Human Resources point of contact for field sales and support teams. As a strategic partner, the HR Business Partner (HRBP) aligns business goals with employee needs, offering guidance and coaching while also being a change agent. The HRBP evaluates and anticipates HR-related needs, helping manage workforce strategies and advising on actions that may differ from business recommendations. Working closely with the HR department, the HRBP develops integrated solutions and promotes effective workforce management, all while understanding the business’s financial health, culture, and competitive landscape.
Responsibilities include:
- Acting as the HR representative for multiple business teams, providing guidance, coaching, and managing workforce needs.
- Assisting in organizational design and structure changes in collaboration with Organizational Development teams.
- Supporting performance management aligned with the company’s strategy.
- Leading talent management efforts including succession planning, recruitment, and retention strategies.
- Participating in company-wide HR initiatives and contributing to talent development projects.
Qualifications include:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields.
- A minimum of 5 years in HR, Talent Development, or related roles.
- Experience in large-scale HR programs, training, and employee relations.
- Strong skills in talent management, critical thinking, and project management.
- Ability to influence across all organizational levels with excellent communication skills.
