Job Summary
As a Human Resources Business Partner, you’ll provide strategic HR and talent support for designated leaders and employees at one or more HCA facilities. Your role will involve cultivating a workplace culture that fosters engagement and productivity through effective policies and programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leaders to assess talent needs and develop people strategies.
- Partner with the VP of HR and Labor Relations to align with the organizational strategy.
- Offer HR insights to guide departmental initiatives and employee relations.
- Support learning and development programs, including succession planning and employee development plans.
- Handle compensation planning processes and assist with compliance investigations.
- Manage workers’ compensation, leave of absence, and return-to-work processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- A minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience, with at least 1 year in HR.
