Job Description

This onsite role, based in Phoenix/Mesa, AZ, aligns business goals with workforce strategies while building strong relationships with teammates and management. The position involves collaborating across HR functions and leadership levels to deliver effective solutions. As the Phoenix/Mesa facility is a newer addition, this role also supports infrastructure and operational requirements.

Reporting to the Vice President of People Strategy & Operations, this role demands versatility, adaptability, and a commitment to creating a vibrant workplace culture.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Provide HR support aligned with business strategies, focusing on partnership initiatives.
– Build strong relationships with leadership and HR functions like Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Diversity & Inclusion.
– Offer strategic HR consultation to address evolving trends and implement effective solutions.
– Lead HR projects, mentor managers, and deliver performance management guidance.
– Actively engage in culture-building and employee engagement efforts.
– Resolve employee concerns while interpreting and aligning HR policies with business goals.
– Contribute to annual HR programs, including talent reviews and succession planning.

**Required Skills and Experience:**
– 7+ years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Business Partner.
– Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
– Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain.
– Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex environments.
– Proven experience in organizational culture and engagement initiatives.
– Expertise in federal, state, and local employment laws.
– Exceptional communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.

**Compensation & Benefits:**
The salary range for this role is $118,100 to $180,200, based on experience, location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may include bonuses and long-term incentives. A comprehensive benefits package is also offered.
