**Overview**
Human Resources at General Mills plays a pivotal role in driving strategic business outcomes. The HR Business Associate leads the implementation of core HR initiatives, leveraging expertise in Talent Management, Compensation, Data Insights, and Project Management to create meaningful impact.

**Key Responsibilities**

– **Serve as a Trusted Advisor**: Confidently coach leaders at all levels with credibility and professionalism.
**Specific Duties**:
– Act as an HR Business Partner for designated teams.
– Lead change management projects and initiatives.
– Collaborate with HR leadership on strategic development and execution.
– Manage processes such as performance reviews, workforce planning, and diversity and inclusion programs.

**Minimum Qualifications**
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
– At least 3 years of relevant HR experience; manufacturing experience highly desired.
– Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and a willingness to learn new tools.
– Ability to adapt and deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
– Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
– Project management expertise and the ability to work independently.

**Additional Considerations**
International relocation or remote work outside the U.S. is not available for this position.

**Compensation**
The salary range for this role is $68,700 to $103,200 annually. Compensation is based on factors such as education, skills, experience, and certifications. In addition to base pay, General Mills offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package, including health benefits, retirement plans, time-off programs, and well-being support. Eligibility for annual incentives is based on individual and organizational performance.
