Role Overview
As a Human Resources Business Associate, you will play a pivotal role in deploying strategic HR initiatives to enhance organizational success. With expertise in Talent Management, Compensation, Data Insights, and Project Management, you will drive business results, foster cultural growth, and provide guidance to leaders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Business Results: Leverage organizational design, employee relations, and talent management to drive business growth.
- Thought Leadership: Lead change initiatives, challenge the status quo, and develop innovative HR solutions.
- Cultivate Culture: Enhance employee engagement through talent development and process improvements.
- Trusted Advisor: Provide confident and credible coaching to leaders across the organization.
- Specific Duties Include:
- Serve as an HR Business Partner for functional teams.
- Lead change management projects.
- Partner with HR leadership to develop and implement strategies.
- Manage initiatives in workforce planning, performance management, and diversity and inclusion.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
- At least three years of relevant HR experience; manufacturing experience is highly valued.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and willing to learn additional tools.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and drive results in dynamic environments.
Additional Considerations
This role does not offer international relocation or remote work opportunities outside the U.S.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position ranges from $68,700 to $103,200 annually, based on factors such as education, experience, and skills. In addition to base pay, General Mills offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package, which includes health benefits, retirement plans, time-off programs, and other well-being perks. Participation in an annual incentive program may also be available, based on individual and organizational performance.
