**Location:** Joplin Plant
**Overview:**

The HR Business Associate is responsible for managing key HR initiatives, with expertise in areas like Talent Management, Compensation, Data Insights, and Project Management.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Drive business outcomes by focusing on business growth while leveraging expertise in organizational design, talent management, and employee relations.
– Lead change by staying informed on industry best practices and challenging the status quo with innovative solutions.
– Promote a culture of excellence by improving processes, fostering talent development, and ensuring high employee engagement.
– Serve as a trusted advisor by coaching leaders across the organization.
**Specific Duties Include:**
– Serve as an HR Business Partner for designated client groups.
– Lead change management initiatives and projects.
– Collaborate with the HR Manager and leadership to shape and execute strategy.
– Oversee annual processes like performance management cycles, workforce planning, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
– At least 3 years of relevant experience, with a preference for those with manufacturing experience.
– Strong communication and organizational skills.
– Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Access), Visio, and SharePoint, with a willingness to learn new software as needed.
– Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
– Capability to independently lead and manage projects.
**Additional Considerations:**
– International relocation or remote working arrangements outside of the U.S. will not be considered.

**Salary Range:**
The salary for this role ranges from $68,700 to $103,200 annually, based on factors such as experience, performance, and qualifications. In addition to base salary, we offer a competitive Total Rewards package that includes health benefits, retirement plans, time-off programs, and more.
