About the Role
Boston Scientific’s Human Resource Rotational Development Program (HRDP) is a two-year program featuring three eight-month rotations across various HR disciplines. Designed to build HR expertise and business acumen, it prepares participants for leadership roles within the organization. This program provides tailored opportunities in areas such as HR Operations, Compensation, Benefits, Diversity & Inclusion, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management. You’ll work with experienced HR professionals who offer guidance to advance your skills and career.
Work Model
Our hybrid work model emphasizes collaboration, requiring team members to spend at least three days a week at their local office.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Human Resources or a related field.
- Internship or project-based experience in HR or organizational development.
- Demonstrated leadership in academics, student organizations, or workplace settings.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and work independently.
- Commitment to personal growth and tackling challenging assignments.
Compensation
Salary ranges from $50,400 to $95,700 based on experience, education, and location, along with other benefits and bonuses. Compensation policies align with the organization’s broader commitment to fairness and inclusivity.
