Job Summary
The HR Specialist is responsible for developing solutions related to HR program implementation, initiatives, change management, and business execution. Working with minimal supervision, the HR Specialist supports large-scale projects within the department, applying broad HR and business knowledge. They coordinate initiatives across teams, interacting with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), department leaders, and staff. The position is under the direct supervision of the Senior Director-HRBP.
Salary Range
$64,022 – $102,436
Responsibilities
- Apply functional, technical, and business knowledge to projects and initiatives.
- Lead project/program activities, ensuring milestones are met and progress is tracked.
- Evaluate systems, processes, and procedures, ensuring smooth operations.
- Enhance and enforce HR methodologies and procedures to improve client service quality.
- Coordinate initiatives involving multiple departments.
- Communicate updates on deliverables to HR and management.
- Ensure the successful implementation of change programs.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements
- Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years, with at least two years in a coordinator or specialist role in a fast-paced HR environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database reporting.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
