Job Summary
Qualcomm invites applications for the position of **HR Shared Services Representative – Associate** in their HR Hub in Mexico. This role, based in a shared services and contact center setting, is primarily responsible for addressing HR-related inquiries from employees, managers, and HR team members. The position involves providing support regarding HR policies, benefits programs, and basic guidance for human capital tools like Workday and Bswift. This role operates within Pacific Standard Time (PST).
Key Responsibilities
– Deliver excellent customer service for inquiries through calls, chats, and online case submissions.
– Provide accurate information based on FAQs, scripts, and HR knowledge bases.
– Document detailed case notes after each interaction.
– Guide employees through self-service HR tools for tasks like onboarding, separations, and benefits administration.
– Resolve basic queries related to Human Capital Management tools, escalating more complex issues to appropriate experts.
– Support continuous process improvements within the HR Shared Services team.
– Perform other duties as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
– **Experience:** 0–2 years of customer service experience, ideally in a call center, or a degree in HR, Business, or Communications.
– **Language:** Proficiency in English; additional knowledge of Japanese or Korean is a plus.
– **Technical Skills:** Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of tools like Workday or ServiceNow.
– **Soft Skills:** Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication abilities with a customer-first approach.
– **Work Style:** Detail-oriented, empathetic, and adaptable, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
