HR Operations Specialist II: Job Description
Key Responsibilities
As an HR Operations Specialist II, you will play a critical role in providing advanced technical support and exceptional customer service within the HR Operations team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Offering technical and project support for the HR Shared Services (HRSS) function.
- Acting as a tier-2 technical resource to resolve issues and answer inquiries related to HR systems and data, such as Oracle HCM, ADP self-service, and ServiceNow.
- Managing foundational data setup and security in the Oracle HCM database.
- Embedding privacy principles into HR employee data management processes (Privacy by Design).
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and business requirements by collaborating with data risk and privacy teams.
- Documenting HR EDM programs, including processes, procedures, and controls.
- Identifying process gaps and recommending improvements in HRSS workflows.
- Developing and maintaining knowledge base content, such as process maps and procedural guides.
- Handling complex cases, mentoring junior team members, and leading key projects.

Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 6+ years of relevant data work, preferably with expertise in Oracle HCM and HR system integrations.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, leadership expectations, and technology solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and resolve complex technical issues.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding company values.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in report building using tools like Power BI or OTBI.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary Range: $67,500 – $147,600 annually (depending on experience, location, and skills).
- Time Off: Flexible Time Off (FTO) policy for salaried employees.
- Retirement: Pension eligibility.
Work Arrangements
This role supports in-office, hybrid (minimum three days in the office weekly), and remote work options. Work hours align with US Central Time (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM).
Locations
Candidates are considered from the United States, India, Hong Kong, London, Mexico, and Chile. U.S.-based candidates must have work authorization without sponsorship needs.
