Human Resources Manager – Operations Talent & Culture
Join the Operations Talent and Culture (T&C) team and make an impact on a global scale by driving talent engagement and development programs for over 9,500 colleagues worldwide. In this role, you’ll implement sustainable processes to improve efficiency and accountability across more than 12 global T&C programs. Acting as a strategic advisor and key team member, you’ll oversee SharePoint and Teams platforms, manage budgets, and create metrics strategies. Additionally, you’ll facilitate team meetings, support technology enhancements, and contribute to high-impact events and initiatives. This position reports to the Operations T&C team lead and supports a globally distributed workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage SharePoint and Teams platforms for T&C’s internal and external communication.
- Streamline processes, enhance resources, and foster collaboration with leaders and stakeholders.
- Oversee budget planning, purchase order management, and financial reporting.
- Implement data strategies and maintain access to analytics tools like Workday, Visier, and Glint.
- Maintain scorecards, track progress, and develop program success metrics.
- Manage the T&C calendar, team agendas, and on-site event planning.
- Facilitate cross-council alignment and sharing of best practices.
- Drive technology enhancements and act as a liaison with IT partners.
Qualifications
Basic:
- Doctorate, Master’s (with 2 years), Bachelor’s (with 4 years), Associate’s (with 10 years), or High School Diploma (with 12 years) in leadership development, HR, talent management, learning, instructional design, or project management.
Preferred:
- Expertise in HR, learning, and talent management.
- Proficiency in SharePoint, Excel, and data visualization tools.
- Strong project management, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience working in a global, matrixed organization.
- Ability to navigate change, drive innovation, and build effective relationships.
