What You’ll Do
As a member of our HR IT Level 2 Operations team, you will work with critical HR systems such as Workday, iCIMS, Saba, and customized applications that facilitate processes like recruitment, learning, career development, and staffing. This role is suited for IT professionals passionate about leveraging technology to make an impact in a global consulting environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling and resolving inquiries from global end-users to support HR requirements.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert on HR IT systems and processes.
  • Collaborating with HR IT Operations and L3 teams to streamline redundant processes and improve efficiency.
  • Driving automation and integrating GEN AI tools to enhance productivity while meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction (CSAT) benchmarks.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements for system and user experience enhancement.
  • Performing additional duties to support the success of the HR Product Portfolio and the broader BCG community.

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience supporting HRIS systems in a large, global organization, preferably Workday.
  • Strong understanding of Workday modules, particularly Reporting, Security, and Core HR; Workday certifications are an advantage.
  • Readiness to learn IT processes related to learning, mobility, recruiting, and staffing.
  • Proven experience in fast-paced IT support roles, including managing service tickets.
  • Skill in using ITSM tools like ServiceNow to analyze data and identify strategic trends.
