Job Description
**HR Generalist at PSI**
In this position, you will function as a versatile HR professional, supporting PSI in talent acquisition, optimizing onboarding processes, and overseeing personnel-related matters. You will collaborate with Country Management and work closely with global colleagues, adapting swiftly to the company’s growth.

**Scope of Responsibilities**
**Human Resources**
– Manage pre-employment procedures, ensuring local compliance.
– Oversee employee benefits and address related queries.
– Update HR policies, files, and agreements in line with local regulations.
– Support the Country Manager with HR matters, ensuring legal compliance.
– Maintain attendance records and validate leave justifications.
– Assist in staff performance evaluations, both during probation and ongoing.
– Keep HR databases, hiring records, staff CVs, training files, and evaluation records up-to-date.
– Conduct exit interviews for departing employees.
**Training**
– Organize and facilitate corporate, procedural, and other staff training.
– Coordinate training activities across offices.
– Collaborate with external parties to arrange training sessions.
**Recruitment**
– Schedule and organize interviews, conducting assessments of job candidates.
– Maintain applicant databases and track interview outcomes.
– Use applicant tracking systems to manage recruitment data.
Payroll
– Verify payroll information, including salaries, bonuses, and benefits, ensuring confidentiality.
– Work with external accounting firms to provide necessary details for salary calculations, tax forms, and absence reports.

**Qualifications**
– College or university degree in HR or a related field.
– Experience in HR activities, recruitment, and training, preferably in an international setting.
– Solid knowledge of Australian labor law and HR practices.
– Experience in Clinical Research, Pharma, or Biotech is advantageous.
– Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
– Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
– Ability to work effectively in an international environment and build relationships across all levels.
