Job Description
The HR Business Partner will offer guidance on organizational development, performance management, recruitment, retention, and compensation administration. They will ensure effective communication with global Research Model & Services (RMS) HR management, keeping leaders informed on key HR matters. The role includes consulting with management to resolve employee relations issues, improve work relationships, and boost morale. Additionally, the HR Business Partner will provide policy guidance, analyze HR metrics, and contribute to workforce and succession planning.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner
- Strong people management skills
- Analytical, goal-oriented, and proficient with HR metrics
- In-depth knowledge of California labor laws
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Experience with M&A and national workforce development is highly preferred
