About the Role:
As an HR and Talent Services Rotational Intern at Seagate, you’ll have the chance to influence the company’s future and fast-track your career in HR or Talent Acquisition. This 12-week internship program offers a structured experience with a diverse cohort of peers. Through training, mentorship, and engaging projects, you’ll gain a comprehensive understanding of HR/TA’s impact on Seagate. You’ll work on meaningful projects across various functions, building critical cross-functional skills that drive business outcomes.
Key areas of focus include:
- Talent Acquisition: Support hiring efforts for professional and university-level positions.
- Total Rewards: Learn about and assist with employee benefits programs.
- HR Business Partners: Offer consultation and support across multiple business units.
- Learning and Development: Help enhance employee growth and development tools.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Collaborate on initiatives that promote inclusivity and representation.
About You:
You are passionate about pursuing a career in HR or Talent Acquisition and enjoy working collaboratively on cross-functional teams. You excel in communication, networking, problem-solving, and presenting updates.
Your Qualifications Include:
- Strategic thinking with a global perspective.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field (rising junior or senior preferred).

Compensation & Benefits:
The base pay for this position ranges from $20 to $24 per hour, based on location, skills, and experience. Interns are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, paid holidays, sick leave, and participation in the employee stock purchase plan. Benefits vary depending on location and work hours.
