**About the Role**
As an HR and Talent Services Rotational Intern, you’ll join a 12-week program designed to accelerate your HR career. You’ll collaborate with a diverse peer group and receive mentorship from seasoned professionals while exploring various HR and Talent Acquisition functions. Through meaningful projects and cross-functional training, you’ll contribute to business success while developing key skills in areas like Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning and Development, Diversity and Inclusion, and more.
**Key Areas of Focus:**
– **Talent Acquisition:** Partner with teams to attract top-tier talent for professional and university hiring.
– **Total Rewards:** Support the delivery of employee benefits, both monetary and non-monetary.
– **HR Business Partnerships:** Provide daily support and consultation to different business units.
– **Learning and Development:** Assist in creating tools and initiatives for professional growth.
– **Diversity and Inclusion:** Work with leaders and Employee Resource Groups to enhance representation and engagement.
**About You:**
– Interest in pursuing a career in HR or Talent Acquisition.
– Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
– Problem-solving mindset with a knack for networking and teamwork.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, and Teams.
– Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or a related field (rising juniors or seniors preferred).

**Compensation and Benefits**
– Hourly wage: $20–$24, based on location, skills, and experience.
