GTM Recruiter – Job Opportunity
We are working with a Security SaaS client who is seeking a GTM recruiter for a six-month contract, with potential for extension or conversion to full-time. This role is fully remote.
Key Qualifications
- Over 4 years of experience in GTM recruiting.
- Previous experience working in the Security SaaS industry.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, especially in email security, AI, and machine learning solutions for enterprise clients.
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS and enterprise sales cycles, targeting IT, security, and C-suite executives.
- Experience recruiting for roles like Account Executives, Sales Engineers, Technical Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, SDRs, and BDRs.
- Expertise in recruiting for cybersecurity solutions like email protection, threat detection, AI-driven security tools, and zero-trust architecture.
- Knowledge of the cybersecurity sales talent market, including profiles for both quota-carrying and non-quota-carrying roles.
- Proven track record of engaging passive candidates in competitive industries and building diverse candidate pipelines.
