Job Description

**Role Overview:**

As a Global Program Manager, you will lead a team of program management professionals to drive strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals. Your role will involve designing and executing HR programs that enhance organizational performance, add value to the global company, and optimize HR systems and processes. You will work with cross-functional and cross-regional teams to implement scalable processes, create and manage program documentation, and communicate with executive leadership. You will also analyze data to identify trends and improvement areas, oversee program health, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure seamless integration of HR strategies with overall program plans. You will coordinate resource allocation and prioritize projects in collaboration with senior leadership, and manage training needs and materials.

**Career Level: M3**

**Qualifications:**

– Over 10 years of leadership experience in people management, project/program management, and operations.
– Direct experience managing senior HR Program Managers.
– Highly organized with strong stakeholder relationship skills and integration into the executive leadership team.
– Proven track record in managing multiple projects of varying scales, focused on business performance improvements.
– Experience leading global HR programs and collaborating with diverse teams.
– Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment and changes in strategy.
– Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and communication abilities across different organizational levels.
– Expert in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
