Kroger Fall Internship Program – HR Focus
Location: General Office

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and enhancing the corporate intern and mentor programs.
- Plan and execute intern events to ensure a positive and enriching experience.
- Support HR projects, completing tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with colleges/universities to post internship opportunities and attract candidates.
- Represent Kroger at career fairs and campus events, promoting the internship program.
- Contribute ideas to improve branding and recruitment strategies for the internship program.
- Travel locally for events, career fairs, and meetings as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree at an accredited institution with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without future visa sponsorship (e.g., H1-B, OPT).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of multitasking effectively.
- Strong leadership, initiative, and communication skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and adapt positively to changes.
