**Responsibilities**
– Support various human resources projects, including those related to Kroger’s internship program.
– Assist with the development of corporate intern and mentor initiatives and plan intern events to foster a positive experience.
– Collaborate with the General Office Human Resources team, completing assignments accurately and on time.
– Help brand and enhance the internship program to attract top candidates.
– Participate in organizing and attending local college career fairs to recruit new interns.
– Post internship openings on local college/university websites, travel to relevant events, and engage in department activities as needed.
**Qualifications**
– Open to all majors, must be enrolled in an accredited college or university with a 3.0 GPA or higher.
– Must have U.S. work authorization that does not require future sponsorship.
– Highly motivated with leadership abilities and the capacity to work independently or in teams.
– Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and excellent communication skills.
– Proven ability to handle multiple priorities, respond positively to change, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
