Job Description

**Role Overview:**
The **Senior Analyst, Compensation Programs** plays a vital role in managing Peloton’s compensation operations, ensuring all processes are efficient, accurate, and compliant with company policies and regulations. This position demands a solid background in compensation management, exceptional analytical skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– **Program Administration:** Oversee compensation programs, including salary structures, bonus plans, equity awards, and incentives.
– **Market Analysis:** Conduct benchmarking studies to maintain competitive compensation strategies.
– **Data Insights:** Analyze data to provide actionable insights for leadership and maintain detailed reports.
– **Process Optimization:** Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
– **Compliance:** Ensure adherence to all legal, industry, and company policies.
– **Collaboration:** Work with HR, Finance, and Legal teams to align compensation strategies with company goals.
– **Employee Communication:** Develop clear materials explaining compensation components.

**Qualifications:**
– Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master’s or certifications like CCP are a plus).
– 5+ years of experience in compensation management, including incentive plans and equity programs.
– Proficiency in Payfactors or similar tools, HRIS systems, and Microsoft Excel.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
– Knowledge of employment laws related to compensation.
– Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

**Preferred Experience:**
– Hands-on experience with road user data analysis and active inference principles.

**Compensation & Benefits:**
