Job Description
The Director of People plays a pivotal role in empowering managers and driving key People Management services such as employee engagement, talent acquisition, leadership development, and organizational education. This leadership position is instrumental in shaping and implementing proactive human resources strategies, fostering a culture of inclusion, and advancing diversity initiatives. As a strategic partner, you will lead efforts to enhance workforce planning, performance management, and organizational culture while aligning People operations with the company’s long-term goals. This role also involves ensuring compliance with employment regulations, guiding leadership on HR policies, and providing valuable insights to support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve impactful People initiatives.
  • Lead People Management services, including recruitment, diversity, culture development, and employee engagement.
  • Develop strategies to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance employee retention and engagement strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Provide actionable data to guide decision-making and support scalable growth.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on people-related matters across the organization.
  • Uphold and embody company values, setting high professional standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Engineering, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Comprehensive HR experience in areas such as organizational design, succession planning, talent acquisition, compensation, employee engagement, and conflict resolution.
  • Proficiency in all facets of HR, including recruitment, benefits, and training.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with all organizational levels.
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical capabilities.
