Director, Global Onboarding & Early Career Experience

This role is based onsite in San Jose, California, or Boise, Idaho, and relocation assistance is not provided.

As the Director of Global Onboarding & Early Career Experience, you will spearhead a global team, designing, implementing, and refining programs focused on onboarding and early career growth. Your responsibilities will include strategy development, program enhancement, facilitation, coaching, and evaluating outcomes. You will collaborate with stakeholders, drive change management, and ensure culturally impactful solutions across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead global onboarding and early career initiatives, ensuring alignment with Micron’s objectives.
  • Partner with executives and teams to assess needs and manage organizational change.
  • Integrate advanced learning practices, foster learning communities, and sustain program effectiveness.
  • Drive innovation in onboarding and career programs, aligning them with strategic priorities.
  • Conduct research to benchmark global practices and refine program delivery.
  • Develop measures and scorecards to assess program success and early career retention.
  • Coach managers, leaders, and team members, ensuring professional growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in global onboarding and early career experiences within large organizations (30K+ employees, $10B+ revenue).
  • Strong leadership and ability to influence executive leaders.
  • Experience in change management, communications, and learning digitization.
  • Growth mindset with a track record of delivering impactful global programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s/MBA preferred in fields like HR, Organizational Development, or Psychology.
  • 10+ years of directly related experience.

Compensation and Benefits:
Micron offers a competitive salary ranging from $145,500 to $302,500 annually, depending on location and experience. Additional benefits include medical, dental, and vision plans, paid time off, family leave, and income protection programs. Equity options and discretionary bonuses may also apply.
