**About the Role:**
DoorDash is hiring an expert in crisis management and business continuity to join our Global Safety and Security team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with our leadership team to establish a robust, cross-functional crisis management and resilience program. Your efforts will involve designing and implementing crisis management, business continuity, and recovery plans that support our company’s growth and resilience. This role engages with leaders across various departments, including real estate, legal, HR, communications, and finance.

– Build operational procedures and program documentation to support readiness.

– You hold a bachelor’s degree in business continuity, emergency management, or a related area.
– You bring over a decade of experience in crisis management and business continuity.
– You have more than five years of team leadership experience.
– You possess certifications from recognized bodies such as DRII or IAEM.
– Your background includes leading crisis management for supply chains, micro-fulfillment, retail, or corporate operations.
– You excel at executing end-to-end project strategies and handling sensitive data.
– You have expertise in loss mitigation strategies and can independently manage projects or collaborate within a team.
– You are open to travel as needed.
