Corporate Recruiter Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Recruiter to source and attract top talent for our growing organization. This role involves proactive recruiting strategies, including networking, screening resumes, cold calling, and creative hiring methods. Additionally, you will manage relationships with search firms, provide training for managers on recruitment strategies, and support HR initiatives like corporate training, employee development, and policy updates.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through cold calling, networking, job advertisements, college outreach, and job fairs to build a robust talent pipeline across departments.
- Conduct candidate screenings and maintain accurate records in the HR system.
- Manage external search firms to recruit top-tier talent.
- Train managers and executives on effective recruitment strategies.
- Assist in HR functions such as policy updates, technology selection, corporate training, and compensation planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven recruiting experience with a strong performance record.
- Proficiency in using HR systems and strong computer skills.
