As a key member of our leadership team, you will apply your technical expertise and leadership skills to manage business programs, technical initiatives, and resources within a specific category, function, or geography. You will be instrumental in shaping strategy, policy, and direction while engaging with senior stakeholders across the technical and scientific communities.
Your Contribution
In this role, you will convert business needs into effective technical quality strategies, leading your team to implement these strategies across the supply chain. By collaborating with internal teams and external partners, you will improve efficiency and quality outcomes. You will also manage human and financial resources to ensure the successful execution of these strategies. Your communication skills will be key in influencing senior leaders, advocating for long-term quality strategies, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. You will contribute to driving consumer-focused quality initiatives and mentoring a diverse talent pool to support global quality efforts. Additionally, you will handle special situations, such as plant investigations and root cause analysis.

- Proven leadership experience in driving quality outcomes, particularly within a fast-moving consumer goods environment.
- Ability to influence business strategy through technical insight and critical thinking.
- A collaborative approach to working across functions, geographies, and with internal and external partners.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring supply chain teams.
- A passion for fostering technical curiosity and collaboration.
Position Overview
This role involves defining a strategic approach to rebuild capabilities, redeploy the QM Pillar, and establish a strong culture of quality and food safety. The goal is to create a unified approach to quality across Mondelēz’s nine manufacturing sites in the U.S. by 2026, focusing on skill development, quality autonomy, and strong operations partnerships.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Science or Engineering).
- Six Sigma certification/training is preferred.
- 10-15 years of relevant experience, with knowledge of PCQI, HACCP, FSC 22000 standards, and FDA GMP standards.
- Strong strategic and problem-solving skills, including Six Sigma expertise to drive long-term corrective actions.
Other Job Details
- Travel requirement: 50% minimum.
- Standard working hours: 8 am – 5 pm, Monday to Friday (flexibility may apply for travel or weekend work).
- Base salary range: $166,700 to $291,725, depending on experience, skills, and location.
- Eligible for a competitive bonus program with performance-based overachievement.
Relocation support is available for domestic and some international moves.
