**Role Responsibilities:**

– Collaborate with HR, GTS, and other teams to manage the V Team Central – HR Workday Application for Core and Advanced Compensation.
– Conduct mass data uploads for employee data changes and configure Core Compensation data updates.
– Support annual Peoplesoft legacy Compensation processes for bonuses, merit, and long-term incentives.
– Evaluate Workday Advanced Compensation for fit gaps and troubleshoot issues while maintaining clear communication with all parties.
– Perform system testing and occasionally work night and weekend shifts.

**Qualifications:**

– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
– Over four years of relevant work experience, including at least two years in Compensation.
– Proficiency with Peoplesoft and Workday, including data analysis and test plan creation.
– Experience with technical documentation and trouble tickets, and willingness to travel up to 25%.
– Preferred qualifications include a degree, SQL/PostgreSQL experience, sprint planning, expert Excel skills, and JIRA knowledge.
– Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving needs.

**Work Location:**

This hybrid role involves a combination of remote work and a minimum of eight office days per month as scheduled by your manager.
