Job Overview
The Colleague Advisory Specialist supports People Leaders by advising on employee performance and conduct matters through AskHR and calls. This role analyzes trends in employee performance, implements improvement strategies, and investigates employee claims in partnership with Legal, HR Business Partners, and leadership teams. Additionally, the Specialist ensures compliance with policies, laws, and practices while addressing employee-related concerns.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise and guide People Leaders on managing employee performance and conduct issues, including the administration of corrective actions and performance management.
- Coach leaders to enhance management-employee relations and strengthen decision-making capabilities.
- Manage documentation and execution of performance improvement processes to develop a stronger enterprise talent pool.
- Analyze performance trends and recommend proactive improvement programs.
- Conduct thorough investigations into employee concerns, including Solutions InSTORE claims and other reports, ensuring alignment with company policy.
- Maintain accurate case tracking through Salesforce and related documentation processes.
- Collaborate with Legal and HR teams to ensure policy compliance and mitigate risks associated with disciplinary actions.
- Develop and recommend policy enhancements based on real-world case outcomes and process inefficiencies.
- Train in various support areas to adapt to organizational needs and ensure seamless operations.
