Job Description

As the Client Strategy Coordinator, you’ll be working closely with the design and marketing teams on the development and execution of all media campaigns. You will serve as a secondary lead on accounts along with the Account Manager (AM) or  Supervisor. You will help support key aspects of client success through content/creative services, project management, and customer service. You are responsible for helping the team stay on track when it comes to delivering quality work on time and hitting KPIs. You must be comfortable working with other team members in order to ensure client satisfaction and growth.

The ideal candidate should have exceptional project management skills, have a passion for digital marketing, shows strong communication skills, and thrive working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders. This person also thrives in an environment without much management and red tape and is a highly self-motivated, proactive force of nature.

This position is fully remote, but may require some in-person meetings and will involve regular weekly and monthly calls.

Principal Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

  • Support AM or Supervisor with daily deliverables, task management, budgets, and timelines/deadlines for media campaigns and ad-hoc client project by working closely with the design and marketing teams
  • Use project management tools to coordinate tasks, deliverables, and deadlines for all involved parties
  • Facilitate administrative duties such as: organizing call agendas, email comms, project documentation, helping with invoicing, coordinating internal/external meetings, and being the primary note taker during these meetings
  • Help review deliverables to make sure there are no mistakes before delivering to the client for approval
  • Help revamp/refine internal processes in order to improve agency efficiency
  • Shadow lead AM or Media Supervisor and help with high level strategy in order to meet client goals and KPIs
  • Strengthen client relationships through support of the AM or Supervisor
  • Have a strong understanding of the client’s industry, products, business culture, and competition and help serve as the go-to knowledge source for the wider team along with the support of the AM or Supervisor
  • Have an understanding of the digital landscape and present new ideas to the team or client when possible
