The Change Management Leader plays a crucial strategic role within Kimberly-Clark’s Enterprise Supply Chain (ESC) organization. This person will be responsible for driving successful change initiatives across the global network, including navigating the complexities of a matrix organization. They will ensure clear communication across teams, providing resources and methodologies to help everyone understand the organizational structure, and aligning with Value Stream leaders to ensure collaborative, efficient ways of working. As a partner to leadership and project managers on ESC initiatives, you will contribute to maximizing business outcomes during a period of significant transformation. This role will focus on building leadership skills in change management and enhancing employee change readiness to foster agility and a proactive mindset. You will collaborate with partners from Global People (HR), Global Communications, and K-C’s Change Center of Excellence (CoE) to develop and implement comprehensive strategies.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– **Drive Organizational Transformation:** Lead the implementation of broader K-C transformation strategies, supporting ESC change management practices in alignment with the ESC vision. Support the integration of new working methods, including K-C’s Way of Change.
– **Change Management Partner:** Work closely with senior ESC leadership to identify change-related challenges and ensure initiatives align with business goals. Provide coaching and strategies to address resistance, operating as a trusted advisor.
– **Develop and Implement Change Strategies:** Design and execute supply chain change strategies for various initiatives. Use K-C’s Way of Change to assess readiness, conduct impact analysis, and design engagement plans to drive adoption, commitment, and sustainability.
– **Champion Change-readiness Across ESC:** Partner with the Change CoE to build the organization’s capability to manage change. Offer training and coaching on the new operating model and transformation.
– **Measure and Evaluate Effectiveness:** Track the success of change initiatives with analytics and key metrics, providing feedback for improvements and reporting on outcomes.
– **Ensure Cross-functional Alignment:** Collaborate with change leaders across functions to align initiatives and facilitate communication across teams. Engage in the global change management community at K-C.
– **Lead and Manage Change Teams:** Oversee the performance of internal and external talent providing change support for high-risk initiatives. Develop the professional skills of change management team members.
**Qualifications:**
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
– At least 10 years of experience in strategy, transformation, and change management in a global organization.
– Proven success in leading large-scale change initiatives.
– Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step Model).
– Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
– Experience in supply chain and manufacturing operations is a plus.

– Highly adaptable with excellent planning and organizational abilities.
**Additional Requirements:**
– Domestic and international travel as needed.
– Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements for the industry.
