**Content Rewrite:**

As a leader or supporter in defining and scoping PX business process analysis and design projects, you will focus on process improvement initiatives to ensure optimal delivery within our strategic framework. Your role will involve providing consultation services, including research, process modeling, and business process improvement, to develop and implement solutions that align with strategic goals. You will also be responsible for reporting project activities to leadership, building strong relationships with management, and participating in planning sessions to drive process re-engineering. Your duties will include supporting business case development, managing change execution impacts, and ensuring comprehensive business process standards. You will work with various teams to ensure accurate process documentation and analyze performance to recommend improvements.

**Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:**

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is required. You should have at least 5 years of experience in Business Strategy & Operations consulting, handling complex projects for high-level executives in large organizations. Experience in process improvement, strategic planning, business transformations, M&A integration, change management, and business analysis is essential. Additionally, 2 years of experience managing projects across multifunctional teams and expertise in business technology and consumer products industries are needed. Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite is also required. Telecommuting is allowed, with potential for working in various locations in the U.S.

**Salary Range:**

Minimum: $197,829.00
Maximum: $197,829.00
Zoom also offers a Total Direct Compensation package that includes base salary, bonus, and equity value. Starting pay will depend on qualifications and experience, with location-based variations.
