Business Development Manager – Job Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to develop and implement a comprehensive strategy that drives growth and expands market opportunities. This role involves identifying new revenue streams, building and nurturing client and stakeholder relationships, and leading negotiations to close deals. You will establish and manage a high-performing business development team while integrating technology into the sales process for efficiency. Travel to conferences and networking events will be required as part of efforts to strengthen market presence and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior business development role, ideally within HR consulting or a related industry.
- Track record of generating leads, acquiring new business, and achieving revenue targets.
- Familiarity with the nonprofit sector and expertise in forming strategic partnerships.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and guide teams.
