About the Role:
The Benefits Consultant AI Knowledge Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and managing the content knowledge bases for Transcarent’s WayFinding product. This next-generation AI navigation solution is tailored for everyday health and care conditions, making this an exciting opportunity for those with a background in employee benefits and a keen interest in AI technologies.

Responsibilities:

Knowledge Base Implementation and Management (80%)

  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to implement the WayFinding product, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Translate client employee benefits designs into structured content for internal knowledge bases.
  • Manage quality assurance (QA) and client testing during implementation cycles.
  • Update and maintain knowledge bases with accurate, up-to-date information.
  • Optimize AI knowledge base compatibility through testing and improvements.

Support Development of AI Knowledge Tools and Operations (20%)

  • Partner with product managers, engineers, and designers to enhance AI knowledge management tools and workflows.
  • Contribute to automated QA systems for knowledge bases in collaboration with machine learning engineers.
  • Establish and refine standard operating procedures for managing AI knowledge systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4–6 years in global or regional employee benefits programs or consulting for large employers.
  • Strong understanding of benefits design and ability to interpret benefits plan SPDs.
  • Experience managing complex knowledge bases or content architecture within tech or healthcare.
  • Interest in AI technologies, particularly Large Language Models (LLMs), with a willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams.
  • Familiarity with digital asset management tools like Contentful or Figma.
  • Basic data analysis skills using Excel, Tableau, Mixpanel, PowerBI, or Python.
  • Experience using LLM tools such as GPT or Claude to enhance workflows.

What You’ll Gain:

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary range: $120,000–$135,000 USD.
